How do lives work?
You start with a maximum of 5 lives. The maximum grows to 6 at captain level 20 and to 7 at captain level 50. A used life refills automatically every 30 minutes until you are back at your maximum.
When do I lose a life?
You use one life when an attempt fails, and also when you restart a puzzle you haven't cleared yet. Practice and replays of puzzles you have already cleared don't use lives.
How many times can I undo?
The first 3 undos in each attempt are free. After that, each undo uses an undo item, or coins if you have none, up to 8 undos per attempt in total.
What are reward videos for?
Reward videos are short ads that you choose to watch. In return you can get a hint, an extra life, or bonus coins after clearing a puzzle for the first time. They never start without you asking.
Is "Remove Ads" a subscription?
No. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase. It removes the full-screen ads between puzzles and the banner on the home screen. Reward videos stay available, because you only watch them when you choose to. The Starter Bundle also includes ad removal.
I bought something but it's not showing up. Can I get it back?
Yes. Open the shop in the app and tap the restore-purchases button.
I uninstalled the app and my progress is gone. Can I get it back?
Game progress is stored only on your device, so uninstalling the app deletes it. We cannot recover it from our side.
